Plan EU Office strives to ensure that the promotion and protection of the rights of the child is a priority for the EU, as the world's largest donor, in policy and practice, and that children's voices are heard in decision-making processes. In order to achieve this, our office engages in advocacy toward the EU institutions on child rights, humanitarian and development policy and funding.

We communicate our advocacy messages to a wide range of actors through a variety of tools including newsletters, reports, conferences and roundtables, in partnership with Plan colleagues, key EU policy-makers, networks, other civil society organisations and children themselves.
